With more than 15 years on a progressive career path climbing the corporate America ladder, I have seen first-hand the detrimental impact stress can have on one’s mental and physical health. This, in turn, impacts the company’s bottom line due to increased healthcare costs and decreased employee productivity.

Creating a culture that promotes employees’ well-being and encourages employees to prioritize their overall mind-body wellness doesn’t just make for happier and healthier employees but there have been numerous studies on the positive impact to the bottom line.

I love working with companies to bring yoga and/or mindfulness techniques to help employees better prioritize their overall mind-body wellness and learn healthy ways to manage stress. My programs, sessions and classes are a great complement to existing wellness programs.
