I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals -whether you are completely new to yoga, have tried it in the past and didn’t enjoy it, or simply thought yoga is not for you. With so many styles of yoga (I especially focus on Vinyasa style) I really do think there is a yoga class out there for everyone – it’s just about finding the right teacher and class.
The mental and physical benefits of yoga are numerous and in some cases, yoga classes are even being covered by insurance companies. Yoga can be a great complement to existing physical or behavioral therapy, and also addiction recovery programs.
